Sarah earned her Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Memphis and her Master's in Business and Social Work from Union University. Sarah has a wide range of social work experience from individual therapy, government, non - profit, and medical settings.

 

Sarah has a passion and drive to help others be the best version of themselves. Sarah has struggled and continues to struggle with her own mental health, perfectionism, imposter, and first born syndormes.

Sarah Nicole Coaching is a space Sarah created for helping professionals to have a safe space to feel heard, seen, and validated. Sarah's moto is "it's okay not be okay". Eveyone is struggling. It is time to normalize this fact not only in the helping professions but in our society.
